In this debut episode, I’m excited to share with you a perfect Super Bowl snack board, complete with a homemade gluten free focaccia that’s sure to be a hit at any game day celebration! (Recipe for the focaccia is at the bottom of this post!)

The highlight of the episode was putting together an easy yet stunning snack board, featuring my favorite delicious Ithaca Hummus, an array of fresh veggies, and the star of the show – my homemade focaccia. This snack board is not just tasty; it’s a visual delight, ideal for any Super Bowl party.

Here’s the gluten-free focaccia recipe from the episode. It pairs wonderfully with Ithaca Hummus for a delightful dipping experience.
Gluten Free Focaccia Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- ¼ cup olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Mix the gluten-free flour, almond flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add water and olive oil to form a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour, then spread in a greased pan, dimple the dough, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt. Let it rise again for about 20-25 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
