Buffalo sauce lovers, this one’s for you! This creamy buffalo shredded chicken is the easiest crockpot meal—perfect for stuffing into sweet potatoes, scooping up with chips, or piling onto sliders (like my kids did).

Creamy Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
This creamy, spicy, and flavorful crockpot buffalo chicken is the perfect set-it-and-forget-it meal. Serve it over baked sweet potatoes, in sliders, or as a dip—so easy and versatile!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 celery stalks diced
- ½ small onion diced
- 4 oz Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce I used half the jar, but you can always add more after cooking for extra punch!
- ¼ cup mayo
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Add celery, onion, and chicken to the crockpot. Sprinkle seasonings over top of chicken, then pour buffalo sauce over top.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until tender.
- Shred the chicken, stir in mayo, and mix until creamy.
- Serve over a baked sweet potato or enjoy as a dip, on nachos, or in sliders!
