Healthy Habits While Traveling
Hi friends! It’s Spring Break for us here in our town, are you enjoying or looking forward to a break soon? For some of you who may be on a health journey, the thought of traveling may bring some anxiety and uncertainty. Will I be able to continue seeing progress? Am I going to throw away all my hard work? What if I get off track? All of these feelings are normal, and completely validated! But I am here to help you work through those feelings, and come through CONFIDENT on the other side. You CAN practice some healthy habits while traveling & still enjoy yourself along the way!!
