Macros For Beginners
Hi y’all! It has been a crazy Monday! I returned home from my Faster Way coach conference yesterday, and went to bed so early (I was exhausted!). My kids were home from school today so I enjoyed some extra quality time with them. I cannot wait to share all about conference and the fun that we had! But for now, I wanted to pop in with this week’s dinner plan idea and talk about how I am getting “back on track” after a weekend of fun travel. (Visit this section of my blog for previous week’s ideas!)
So for me personally, the easiest way for me to feel like I am getting back on track with my fitness and nutrition after a weekend away, is to go back to NORMAL LIFE. Yep, no detoxes, no cleanses, no deprivation. I will lean into the meal plan from Faster Way this week. I will complete my workout, drink my water, and get back on my fasting schedule. That’s all y’all! The beauty of the Faster Way is there is no wagon, and one weekend isn’t going to derail me.
