About The Recipe

So by now you’ve scanned the recipe for ingredients, maybe even printed it out, and plan to make it for dinner! I am so excited for you to try it! The number one question I usually get involving any recipes is “where did you buy xyz?” The Lotus Foods rice ramen packs came from Costco. I have also found them at Target! They are so delicious and fast to make. (Only takes 4 minutes to boil.) In addition to being gluten free, millet and brown rice are some of the most nutritious and easily digestible grains. The rest of the ingredients are pretty straight forward, you can find them at any grocery store! I’ve linked all of them at the bottom of this post. For my Faster Way clients and friends – this is a great recipe for a regular macro day. At 62g carbs, 18g fat, and 27g protein this is a very well balanced macro friendly meal. I have entered it into MyFitnessPal already so if you want to track it just search “Ramen Stir Fry Faster Way With Tina”. (case sensitive will help you find it easier!)
