Instructions
Add ramen cake to boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain & rinse to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile, while water is boiling and ramen cooking, prepare stir fry pan.
Heat sesame oil in sautee pan. Add broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. Add chicken and continue cooking. When broccoli seems cooked through proceed to next step.
Pour rice vinegar, chicken broth, and noodles into pan with broccoli and chicken. Sautee for 1-2 minutes to combine all flavors.
Remove from heat, serve, and top with green onion, everything bagel seasoning, or toasted sesame seeds. ENJOY!
