Weekly Dinner Ideas

Hi friends! I have some new faces around here, and I wanted to highlight a post that I share every Monday. If you are looking for weekly dinner ideas – look no further!! As a mama, sometimes the most dreaded question is “what’s for dinner?” every single day. For the rest of your life. I have been sharing what my family eats for dinner each week for a couple months now, and it’s been so fun to see y’all enjoy these recipes! on the menu this week

Monday: venison + mashed potatoes * I know this is typically a “low carb” day and not a “low carb” meal. It’s my father in law’s birthday, and we are hosting for dinner, so we will be enjoying this meal and will just make the macros work! If you want to keep it lower carb you can do mashed cauliflower, and you can make the breading out of almond flour.

Tuesday: almond crusted trout + greek salad * THERE’S some low carb goodness! This delicious dinner is so easy to throw together. Add a kid friendly side to make it family friendly! (recipe)

Wednesday: mini chicken pot pies *everything tastes better in miniature form right? Love these mini pot pies for a quick dinner, and they are dairy free/gluten free! Short on time? Buy a pre-made pie crust. (recipe)

Thursday: garlic butter chicken bites with veggie medley * I am already hungry thinking about this meal. I will use some fresh squash, zucchini, peppers, and onion to make a delicious stir fry. This is a great low carb dish, or you can serve with rice if you need some more carbs! (recipe)

Friday: steak fajita bowls * By the time Friday rolls around, I just want to relax with my family! We usually end up outside, so I like to incorporate something we can grill. These bowls are an easy option! (recipe)
