I first came across Kevin’s products a little over a year ago. I picked up one of their Roasted Garlic Chicken packs from Costco, and we’ve been hooked ever since. Their products are clean, paleo friendly, and taste delicious. They really come in handy when I want to get a good dinner on the table and don’t have a lot of time to cook. My husband is not a huge fan of chicken, but EVERY single time I make one of these dishes, he says “that chicken was really good.” Ladies everywhere, can we get a praise hand when the meal is hubs and kids approved?! 🙌🏻 In the following video, you can hear a little more about why I love this brand so much. Kevin’s is a GREAT option when you need a quick meal for your family. They have all sorts of chicken recipes, they have mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, stroganoff, and even more. I have not come across a single one that I didn’t like yet. (And I don’t think I will, haha!)

In this video, I talk a lot about this being a “macro friendly” meal, and I wanted to just dive into that a little bit more. 3 years ago before I found the Faster Way program, I had NO idea how to fuel my body correctly. I knew what foods were considered “good” and what ones were “bad”, but didn’t know how to keep up a good balance of them for my goals. Enter the 6 week Faster Way program, I learned SO much about how to eat an amazing variety of foods. There were no “bad” foods anymore, simply different kinds, and the magic lies in knowing how much of each kind to eat, to keep your body running optimally.
This program changed my life in such a way that I immediately applied to become a coach. I’ve been coaching for almost 3 years now, and I am so passionate about helping women find this same freedom in their lifestyle too.
