Tuesday: PF changs chicken lettuce wraps *Another repeat fave & perfect low carb meal. Pair with rice & egg rolls to make it kid & hubby friendly! (recipe)
Wednesday: Rigatoni with sausage tomatoes + zucchini *bringing in a healthy dose of carbs with this gf pasta dish! I am so excited for my summer garden harvests, save this recipe if you have plenty of zucchini and tomatoes on hand! (recipe)
Thursday: Ranch roast over creamy cauliflower mash *make it kid friendly by using regular mashed potatoes if need be! This delicious recipe is a quick set it and forget it type meal. Great for a busy day! (recipe)
Friday: Grilled romaine Mexican salad *if you know me at all, you know we love to spend our time in the backyard, especially weekends and summers! So a Friday night meal calls for one that you can make outside. This salad is delicious and can be paired with your fave protein (pork, steak, chicken, etc!) (recipe)
