on the menu this week
This week’s menu is a variety of items I have on hand – so I didn’t have to do a lot of grocery shopping. BONUS! 🙌🏻
Monday: bacon burger bowls + cole slaw *You don’t really need a recipe for these. Just build your fave burger and toppings over a lettuce bed and serve with coleslaw.
Tuesday: tomato spinach sausage pasta * I have some venison sausage thawed out and going to crumble that up to use for the meat in this pasta. (recipe)
Wednesday: pan fried venison, mashed potatoes, and corn
Thursday: fish tacos (this recipe is a good one!)
Friday: cheesy chicken quesadillas * a super easy Friday meal! (recipe)
