Super Bowl Snack Guide
Hi friends! Can you believe we are already a week into February and Super Bowl is this weekend? I am excited to share my Super Bowl Snack Guide with you, and chat about my weekly dinner menu for this week! (For previous menus check out this section of the blog HERE.)
On the menu this week
Monday: Swedish meatballs + mashed potatoes + green beans (40 Aprons recipe) *make it low carb friendly by making mashed cauliflower . *make your mashed potatoes dairy free by using original unsweet almond milk or original nut pods in place of milk, and ghee or plant butter for real butter.
Tuesday: Lemon dill salmon + asparagus (Faster Way meal guide) *my kids don’t like salmon so I will be making them some popcorn shrimp instead!
Wednesday: Spaghetti + salad *sometimes you just need an easy fall back recipe! I use gluten free pasta, and sauce that has an olive oil base with no added sugars.
Thursday: Chicken fajitas *This is a fam favorite. I like to buy the HEB marinated chicken breasts for easy grilling. Our whole family loves Siete tortillas! Load up with all the delicious guac, pico, and grilled peppers that you want!
Friday: BBQ + veggies *SUPER simple! Pick a favorite protein and throw it on the grill (or in the oven if you don’t have access to a grill) and serve with some veggies!
Now for the good stuff… the snacks!
