I mentioned in last week’s post that one way to set yourself up for success in prepping/planning is to cook a batch of protein to use for 2-3 meals. Busy night? Work late? Kid activities? No problem… the bulk of your meal is ready to go if your protein is already cooked. I hope you ENJOY this guide and truly thrive this week!
I won’t be posting a new meal plan for this week, because honestly, I am repeating my own plan from last week! Recovering from a stomach virus last week did me in, and I just did not cook.
