Weekly Dinner Ideas
Hi y’all! Happy Monday to you! I am excited to share a new series here on the blog (and on social media). The NUMBER ONE thing I always hear from other mamas, is that the worst part of adulthood is figuring out what to make for dinner for the rest of your life. Am I right?! That’s why I am so excited to start showing up here, every Monday, to share my weekly meal dinner ideas & recipes with you.
As a Faster Way coach, and busy mama of 3, you can count on healthy options that are most always gluten free, dairy free (or at least have that option), whole foods based, quick to make, and family friendly. My plan is to go LIVE on Facebook every Monday, talking about my plans for the week. I will also put the replay of that video on Instagram. On the blog here, I will also include that replay, plus all of the recipe links for you!

This week’s plan
Monday: burrito bowls w/ cilantro rice (no recipe here, just cook some ground meat of your choice, we like venison with Kevin’s or Siete taco seasoning. Top with all your favorite taco toppings! Serve with Zatarain’s cilantro lime rice.)
Tuesday: balsamic pork roast w/ potatoes & broccoli (dinner fix)
Wednesday: pulled pork sandwiches w/ coleslaw (dinner fix)
Thursday: bolognese pasta (recipe)
Friday: sweet potato nachos (recipe)
