Faster Way To Fat Loss Review: 2 Year Update
2 years ago today, I made the decision to join the Faster Way To Fat Loss program. A couple weeks in, I decided to write a review of my experience so far. You can read that post here. Continue reading for my updated review now that I am TWO whole years in!
How it started
I started the Faster way because I felt like I was doing all the “right” things, working out like a fiend, trying to eat as healthy as I could, but felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing. It was hard to be consistent with my eating habits, and quite frankly felt burned out from exercising so much, and not a lot to show for it. I joined not knowing exactly what I was getting myself into, but so incredibly surprised at how quickly I started to see a change.
What was happening was almost too good to be true. So good that I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself. 3 weeks in I decided to apply to become a coach. I knew I had to share exactly what I was learning with every person I could. It sounds cliche to say something is life changing, but gosh, it truly has been. Here are some of my biggest takeaways from the past 2 years.
How it’s going
First up, let me give you just a brief overview of how the program works. For 6 weeks your coach will teach you some basic strategies to help your body truly start to burn fat for fuel. After your 6 week new client round, you have the option to transition to membership (which is what I have been doing, and highly recommend!)
Those strategies include:
-Intermittent fasting
-Carb cycling
-Tracking macros
-Whole food nutrition
-30 minute workouts strategically programmed to maximize your results
Most of these have truly become second nature to me. Have I perfectly executed every single principle perfectly for a solid 2 years straight? No. Not even close. There are days that I don’t fast as long as I usually do. (Although I find this one the easiest to stick to consistently out of all our strategies!) There are weeks that I don’t carb cycle. There are long stretches of time that I do not track my food! (Gasp!) There are weeks that I do not always stick to whole foods . There are weeks that I can’t get one workout in. But ALL of that to say, and one of the biggest things I can tell you about this program is that there is SO much wiggle room for you to make this work. A “diet” usually requires perfection. A lifestyle prepares you for those imperfect days to come.
Sustainable results
Could you imagine dieting for 2 straight years? Neither could I. I’ve never ONCE felt like I have been on a diet, deprived, or “missing out”. I have gained muscle, lost inches, increased my metabolism, and truly have seen such a shift in my body and my overall wellness.
When you feel this good, and are surrounded by a community that TRULY cares about getting you the HEALTHIEST you can be, there’s nothing like it. In the past 2 years the Faster Way has grown as a company as well. They are launching a new app as of November 1 (it’s AMAZING), offering fit kits, apparel, nutrition products, and have supplements + DNA testing kits coming down the line too! We are on a rocket ship, and only going up from here!
If you want to experience this same program & community as well, I would love NOTHING more than to coach you. It has become my full time job, and my life’s passion. It is so incredible to see women’s lives changed and transformed every single day.
My biggest advice to you, is to just do it. Do it before you feel ready, do it even if you feel nervous or scared. Invest in your mind, invest in your health, invest in your self. XO 😘
