In a skillet brown ground turkey. While the turkey gets going, chop up onion & tomato, and add to the turkey skillet. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through and onions are soft. Salt & pepper to taste.
Pour half jar of Bernard's Salsa into meat mixture, and mix well. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes, or longer to let the flavors really meld together.
Serve over rice, chips, or tortillas and enjoy!
