Bacon + Caramelized Onion Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

mom's place gluten free crescent roll mix
For the crescent roll mix you'll need
1/4
cup
cold water
1/2
cup
frozen butter
3/4
cup
whole milk (or milk sub)
2
refrigerated eggs
For the filling you'll need
8
slices
bacon
1
medium sized sweet onion
butter for brushing on top
Instructions
Finely chop bacon and onion, and cook together in a medium size pan. Bacon will get crispy, and onions will get a nice caramel color.
Set aside your bacon and onions, and begin preparing the crescent roll dough. (follow package directions)
Roll your crescent dough flat, and place about 1 tbsp of of bacon and onions and place in center of each crescent before rolling up.
Roll all crescents with filling, brush with some melted butter, then bake in a 350 oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
